Director’s attitude

Duty of the executives & staff
All the executives & staff should study/understand their own role, company ethic criterion, and related regulation to fulfill the right business management.
All the executives & staff should report to supervisor promptly when personally and/or somebody violate and/or be enforced to violate the ethic criterion
All the executives & staff should realize that anyone can’t become immune from obligation on the excuse of unaware of the ethic criterion and related regulations. They must ask supervisor’s opinion when there are questions/ fears about ethic affair.

Leader’s duty & responsibility
Leader must be a model of the company, and guide the employee to keep the company polish/job regulations.
Leader must set up the process for the fair trade, and do required action or support someone not to be affected by unfair pressure or request on the decision making.

Respect customer
Give all attention to customer, regarding customer’s requirement is always right, customer comes first place on our decision and behavior.

Create the value.
We are trying to find out the value what customers require, with the understanding that ‘customer’s growth is our growth either!

Providing value
Tell customer truth only, Keep promise with customer certainly.
Provide customer best product & service with reasonable price.Reply promptly to customer’s fair request

Insisting free competition
In anywhere, respecting free competition order under the free competition principle, get customer’s trust by the quality of products & services. Compete fairly with true ability, Don’t use competitor’s weak point.

Obey law & regulation
All the business in every country will be done keeping general regulations and respecting trade customs of each country.
